Our beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is home from home - but with lots of sunshine!
Overlooking the pool, it features 1 King Size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with an additional third fold-out bed if required).
A comfortable lounge/diner area with seating for at least 4 people, a brand new fully fitted modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The fantastic extended terrace has an outdoor eating area for at least 6 people, a cosy rattan sofa and sun loungers.
The apartment benefits from a wonderful orientation, with sun in the morning in the bedrooms and the balconies and then throughout the afternoon and evening on the west-facing main terrace.
Fully air conditioned throughout, with an upgraded full Sky TV Package and an Amazon Alexa music speaker.
Fold-out pool loungers and beach chairs are provided along with a selection of beach and pool towels for your use.. so you can save room in your suitcase!
The golf resort is a 20-minute drive from Murcia International Airport and around an hour from Alicante Airport.
Built on a beautiful hacienda in Murcia, the resort's facilities are situated in a charmingly restored building, surrounded by wild flowers, olive trees and large lakes.
Located in the heart of the resort is a supermarket, restaurant and bar area which overlooks the 18 hole golf course and the Sierra del Carrascoy mountains. The resort has a number of apartments set out spaciously around the golf course and swimming pools.
With wider than normal fairways designed to make you feel at ease you might be fooled - but this is probably the most challenging course of the Nicklaus Trail.
The bunkers have a rugged look not normally associated with a manicured resort course - but many bunkers can be found up to 3 metres deep.

The local beaches of Los Alcazarez and Mil Palmeras are around 20 minutes away and are also great for children.
The nearest village is Sucina - which has a charming centre complete with beautiful church square surrounded by bars and restaurants. Sucina is located around 3.4km from the resort and is just 5 minutes' drive away.
It has plenty of local amenities -
2 supermarkets, a number of restaurants (including Spanish, Mexican and Indian), bars, banks, parks, health centres, a pharmacy, clothes shops, fresh food shops, a hardware store, petrol station, as well as number of other services and leisure facilities.
